Lions In Sight

Lions Clubs International requested that all clubs run an event to increase their public visibility during the last 2 ¬†weeks of January, as part of the global “Lions In Sight” campaign to raise public awareness of the work their local Lions are doing. The North Durban club decorated their stall at the Golden Hours market on 31 January for Lions in Sight, and had several Lions on hand during the day, dressed in Lions clothing and providing information to the public on what the Lions do. Past District Governor Fred Weller was particularly eye-catching, decked out from head to toe in Lions attire, with a very unique hat.
