Eco-circle Vegetable Gardens

Eco-circles are a fantastic way of using a small area and very little water to grow a variety of vegetables. The Lions clubs of Multiple District 410 have been encouraged to plant eco-circles, at their clubhouses, local schools, orphanages and the like.  Several clubs in District 410C have made plans to start eco-circles. Lions Bev and Pat Riley of the North Durban club have planted 6 circles at their home – one tended by each member of the family. The circles have yielded fantastic vegetables and shown the concept to be an excellent one.
